Some anomalies occur when sorting the data because : * the costs and weights are imperial and not decimalised. * Rowbottom wasn't always consistent and didn't always record the market place. * Manchester seems to have been where the wholesale or large loads were priced and Oldham the smaller, household amounts. * Some months are recorded in detail ... some more sparsely or not at all.
